Our storage units are protected by 24 hour video surveillance. and each rentor will be issued a code in order to enter the gate. See photo section on this page to view gate and interior photos of buildings.   

We offer a variety of units so that we can meet everyone's storage needs. Below is a list of units, sizes, and prices:

5’ x 10’                $ 35.00

10’ x 10’              $ 45.00

10’ x 20’              $ 65.00

20’ x 30’             $200.00

20’ x 40’             $250.00

40’ x 40’             $500.00

Office Space      $75.00  through  $450.00

Rental Information

Processing Fee: a one time fee of $10.00 will be charged at the time of rental.

Rents Due: all rents are due on the 1st of each month.

Proration of rents: rent will be prorated to the first of the month at the time unit is rented.

Late Fees:

mini storage: a $10.00 late fee will be assessed on the 11th day rent is late.

garages/bays: there is a five day grace period. Upon the 6th day rent is due, there will be a charge of $5.00 per day until rent is paid in full.

Return Check Fee: a $30.00 fee applies to all returned checks.
